Happy New Year everyone. It’s been a while since I wrote a blog post and wanted to share with you all what’s happened since the last one.
Back in November we smashed our Litterati Challenge target of 2500 pieces of littered PPE. In total we clocked up 2969 pieces, so a huge thank you to everyone who made that possible.
This means we have finally been able to create some artwork! Will, one of the team members, has actually written the software to create the photomosaics which is amazing, we’re very luck to have him on board. We have posted half a dozen or so already and are continuing to create more. The response has been great, and we have more and more NHS frontline staff putting themselves forward to be “mosaicified” .
We’re also collaborating with some social media influencers, photographers and even a UN Sustainability Goals video project too. Watch this space for more!
As always, we’re continuing to raise money for these incredible people through NHS Charities Together. We’re almost at 50% so if you can spare anything at all, follow the link below to donate.
Thanks for reading and stay safe out there!
